The reason this site was created was to help preserve the memory of my best friend. I am hoping that with the help of all of Thayer’s friends and family, we can create a complete picture of the person Thayer was.

During the memorial service it became clear that Thayer had touched many lives. To some he was quiet, to me he was open and talkative. There were many facets to who Thayer was. He was involved in many things and we all knew him in different ways. I would like to capture these different perspectives and the shared moments that each of you had with him.

The information in these pages will only be complete if everyone helps. Please send as many stories, impressions, pictures, videos or whatever else you may have to webmaster@thayerbotham.com and I will publish them in these pages. If you have any suggestions for improvement or find errors on this site, I would like to know that also.
